At The CX Coach, we specialize in helping online retail brands design efficient service operations and exceptional customer experiences that leave lasting impressions.

Our mission is to empower businesses to build meaningful connections with their teams and customers, fostering loyalty and driving growth, at every stage of business.

Founded in 2023 by Kristen Szustakowski, The CX Coach emerged when two passions collided: making something out of nothing, and making humans happy!

My journey began with building service teams from the ground up and scaling service operations for growth for consumer brands like Shokz (formerly AfterShokz) and Made In Cookware, with a focus on delivering unparalleled experiences.

I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) where I serve as a member of my local chapter’s Organizational Development Committee. I’m also a member of Rochester Women’s Network (RWN), and Fractionals United.

Outside the CX world, I enjoy trail running, cooking, knitting socks, leading a Girl Scout Troop, and spending quality time with my husband, 9-year-old daughter, and 15-year-old dahschund.
